6. DELIVERY SERVICE
To your home address - attached to the order form. The parcel will be delivered directly by the Polish Postal Service worker. If the order is carried out in the option "cash on delivery", then the amount of collection will be collected from you by the postal worker. In case of a failed delivery attempt, the postal worker will leave an advice note in your mailbox, based on which you will collect the parcel at the Post Office appropriate for your place of residence. In case of orders paid by bank transfer, the postal worker will deliver the parcel without any additional charges. In case of a failed delivery attempt, the postal worker will leave an advice note for you to pick up the parcel at the post office where no extra fee will be charged either.

How to collect your parcel?
Collection in-person at Orlen gas station - You can keep your orders private from your family or friends. Select in the shopping cart an option called Pocztex - Pickup at a point (Post Office, Orlen, Ruch) and choose a pickup point (Orlen Station) on the displayed map. 
The next step, provide your address details (we will still send the parcel to the ORLEN station you indicated earlier).
You will receive an e-mail (to the e-mail address provided in the order) when your parcel is shipped and a text message with the shipment number when the the parcel is ready for pickup at the indicated ORLEN station. 

NOTE:
If you choose the option - Collect in-person at the ORLEN station, providing the cell phone number of the Addressee is mandatory.
Remember (!) to provide the correct cell phone number of the Addressee. 
This is a very convenient option, especially when you are away at work or away from home for an extended period of time. 

Collect in-person at the Post Office (former - Poste Restante)  - you can keep your orders private from your family or friends. Select an option in the shopping cart called Pocztex - Pickup at a point (Post Office, Orlen, Ruch, Żabka) and choose a pickup point on the displayed map.

Then you just enter your name, cell phone number (mandatory) and choose the Post Office to which we are to deliver the parcel.

The next step, provide your address details (we will nevertheless send the parcel to the Post Office you specified earlier).

You will receive an e-mail (to the e-mail address provided in the order) when your parcel is shipped and a text message with the shipment number and a text message with the shipment number when the the parcel is ready for pickup at the indicated Post Office. 

NOTE:
If you choose the option of Collect in-person at the Post Office, it is mandatory to provide the cell phone number of the Addressee.
Remember (!) to provide the correct cell phone number of the Addressee.

DETAILED SHIPPING INFORMATION - free digital delivery note!!!

A digital delivery note - information when your parcel is ready for pickup and digital electronic delivery note are the latest changes to our offer. You will get a text or e-mail when your parcel is ready for pickup.

Collect in-person at Kiosk RUCH (newsstand) - You can keep your orders private from your family or friends. In such option, you select in the shopping cart an option called Pocztex - Pickup at a point (Post Office, Orlen, Ruch) and choose a pickup point (Orlen Station) on the displayed map.

15. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 100 days without giving any reason. The pe-riod for cancellation expires after 100 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Medica-Group ul. In the accordance with the law you have a right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, and the application of the 100-day withdrawal period in our store is a gesture of goodwill.

We would like to inform you that the exercise of the 100-day withdrawal period is not a condition or limitation for the statutory right of withdrawal.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the items (except for the additional costs resulting from the delivery option chosen by you other than the cheapest ordinary delivery option offered by us), immediately and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract.
The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method while making the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with the refund.

Any item purchased from our store is under warranty and can be replaced.
When filing a complaint, please return the goods by registered economy mail together with the invoice you received with it and a description of the reasons for the complaint.

18.3. Transfer of personal data
In order to perform the contract, we shall transfer your data to the delivery courier company, insofar as it is necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods. After selecting the payment service provider cho-sen in the order process, in order to process your payment we shall transfer payment data to a credit institution performing the payment and, if required,  to the payment service provider selected by us or by you. Some payment service providers collect data on their own if you create an account on their website. In such cases, as part of your order, you must log in to your payment provider with your ac-cess data. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider then also applies.
Transfer of data to the courier company
If you provide us with your express consent to do so during or after placing your order, we shall transfer your e-mail address and phone number  to the selected courier company so that it can contact you before delivering your order or arrange delivery.

The above consent may be revoked at any time by sending us a relevant message to our contact ad-dress indicated under "Our contact details and your rights” or by sending a message directly to the courier company at the contact address indicated below.
